This pack is ideal for most small hotel or guest house kitchens. It’s a high risk area and making sure you’ve got the correct equipment in place is a start to good fire safety practice. 5 pieces of essential kit will cover most risks you’re likely to find in a small kitchen, a FSFB4 fire blanket 1.2 x 1.2m for smothering, a FSC2 2kg CO2 extinguisher for electrical and small class B fires, all backed up with a 2 litre FS2FM which is ideal for class A, B and F class (wet chemical) fires and fat, oil fires, that you may have with deep fat fryers. Plus a burns first aid kit and an eye wash station.
