This product is a radiolinked battery operated heat alarm. The alarm has a built in 10 year Lithium battery and is designed to outlast the useful life of the alarm.

How does it work?

When the sensor in the alarm reached 58 degrees celcius the alarm will give off a fire warning.

The alarm will interconnect wirelessly to other radiolinked alarms in the property when activated. (up to 12 alarms can be connected on one system)

The alarm has a test / hush button which will either silence false alarms if pressed briefly or if held down will carry out a self test.

The alarm will bleep every forty seconds if the battery is depleted and the alarm needs replacing

The alarm is not powered until it is twisted onto the mounting base when installed thus avoiding battery power consumption during storage prior to installation.

Radiolinked alarms can be house coded to prevent cross communication with other nearby radiolinked systems.
